Through November 1 Cheekwood Harvest

Celebrate the changing of the seasons at Cheekwood! We’re set to celebrate all things fall duringCheekwood Harvest, part of our year-round lineup of signature seasonal festivals. You’ll find activities and experiences designed to appeal to kids, adults and families alike, making this six-week celebration the perfect time for a peaceful solo stroll, a crisp fall family day, or an afternoon date.

Mum Explosion!
More than 5,000 chrysanthemums in deep autumn hues will take center stage in the gorgeous Robertson Ellis Color Garden, planted specifically for Cheekwood Harvest.

Scarecrows!

Silly and serious, big and small, frightening and friendly – Scarecrows will invade our gardens again this fall! Tour this year’s collection of creative ‘crows in the Turner Seasons Garden, each created by members of our diverse community.

Pumpkins at Cheekwood
It just wouldn’t be fall without picking the perfect pumpkin, and we’ve got the one for you! Pumpkins for carving, painting and decorating await you in our Pumpkin Patch. Pick your favorites to purchase and take them home!

October 2 Spanish Nights

6:00 – 9:00 pm
Join us for Spanish Nights inspired by Cheekwood’s exhibition, Human Landscape, featuring works by Barcelona based artist Jaume Plensa. Explore his art both in the gardens and the museum while experiencing the sounds and culture of Spain. It will be a night filled with music, live performances, and so much more!

Watch as the beloved Hans Christian Andersen tale, The Nightingale, comes to life through the art of professional dance. This is the story of an Emperor, a songbird and a lesson of freedom.

You’ll be amazed as you watch expert carver and sculptor Lundy Cupp transform ordinary pumpkins into gorgeous and detailed works of art, sharing his process as he works.
