Red & Green Grape Salad
2# seedless red grapes
2# seedless green grapes
Wash and remove grapes from stem. Allow to dry.
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 c grated Colby-Jack Cheese
1 c sour cream
½ c granulated sugar
Mix these 4 ingredients together in a large bowl.
Topping:
½ c packed brown sugar
1 c broken pecans
Mix together in a small bowl.
– Add grapes to cheese/sour cream mixture and combine to cover the grapes.
– Pour into 8×13 glass dish.
– Sprinkle with topping mix.
– Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.
