November Winner of The Silver Spoon Award goes to Bernie Harris for Buffalo Chicken Dip.
There were many excellent contenders for the prize in November, but this recipe won out. Congratulation Bernie!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 cans (12.5 ozs) chunk chicken breast in water
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese-we did not include this
1/2 cup buffalo flavor red-hot sauce (Franks)
Heat oven to 350 F.
Mix cream cheese, blue cheese, salad dressing, hot sauce together until smooth
Place in 9-13 dish and stir in chicken
Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbling
Serve with toast points, chips or raw veggies
