CABBAGE ROLL SOUP
1 Large Onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1# Ground Beef
½# Ground sausage
3/4C – 1C Rice (uncooked)
1 Medium head of cabbage, chopped
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
2 T Tomato paste
4 C beef broth
1 ½ C V8 juice
1t Paprika
1t Thyme
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 Bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown onions, beef and sausage, combine remaining ingredients and simmer.
