Workshop at MB GH scheduled for Monday January 11th from 2 to 4 pm.
Jan W. has some variegated euonymus cuttings that will need to be potted up.
We will also attempt the Forsythe Pot method of cuttings using either sand or vermiculite as shown to us by Jan H. We have waterproof tape to seal our pots with and plenty of sand & vermiculite. If you want to make one, please bring an unsealed (no varnish, poly, or paint) small clay pot and a larger pot that the small one can fit in with a 2 to 3 inches left all around. The larger pot can be plastic or clay. The picture below is an example. Your pot sizes may be different.
If you have plant material for cuttings, bring it, we can certainly use it!
If you are not able to attend, but want to try this propagation method, let us know and we will schedule another workshop.
